About Us
Since 2005, Erica Starich and Diane Palazzo have both run successful real estate staging and interior redesign businesses. In 2008, they teamed up to create the most dynamic duo in the South Metro Denver area, offering the most comprehensive staging and redesign services to homeowners and home sellers.
Together, they have 10 awards in categories such as “Best Living Room Design”, “Best Staged Room”, “Best Redesigned Room”, “Best Accessorizing” and more. They have attracted media attention and are both published authors. Memberships include National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM), Interior Redesign/Staging Industry Specialists (IRIS), Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA), and Retirement Living Resource (RLR).
Numerous projects have encompassed more than just the design aspect and have expanded into project management. With personal experiences of over 20 moves and assisting family through downsize transitions, they understand the stress this can place on families. As a result, they have expanded their services as Senior Move Coordinators.
